Monkeypox Virus Detection Kit PCR-Fluorescence Probing
Monkeypox test kits are specialized diagnostic tools designed for the detection and identification of the monkeypox virus, an orthopoxvirus that can cause a rare but potentially serious viral disease in humans. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the preferred laboratory test given its accuracy and sensitivity which suggested by WHO. Confirmation of PCR test for monkeypox virus infection is based on nucleic acid amplification testing (NAAT), using real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The preference is often given to specialized tools such, as the monkeypox detection kit, which is designed for detecting distinctive sequences of viral DNA.
Description
Products Description
This kit is used for qualitative detection of nucleic acid of Monkeypox Virus ( MPV ) in blood and Rash exudate from individuals who are suspected of Monkeypox Virus by their healthcare provider. And it is indicated for use as an aid in the diagnosis and monitoring of Monkeypox Virus infection.
Detection Principle
According to the principle of fluorescence PCR technology, this kit designs specific primers and Taqman probes for Monkeypox Virus, and detects the nucleic acid of Monkeypox Virus through fluorescence PCR detector. This kit is equipped with an internal reference control to monitor sample collection, preservation and transportation, as well as nucleic acid extraction, to avoid false negative results.
