MicroScreen Sickle Cell HbA/HbS/HbC RDT Kit is a rapid, qualitative, immunochromatographic assay for the simultaneous detection of Hb S and Hb A in human whole blood sample for diagnosis of sickle cell disorder.
How the kit works
Sickle Cell HbA/HbS/HbC RDT Kit is based on the principle of agglutination of antibodies/antisera with respective antigen in a competitive immune-chromatography format along with use of nano gold particles as agglutination revealing agent.

- Test time : Interpret the test results at 10 minutes. DO not read the test results after 10 minutes.
