Methods and Procedures

1.Rinse your mouth with water before sampling, and do not eat before sampling.

2.Relax your cheeks, spit into the saliva collector, up to 2mL marker,

make sure the amount do not include bubbles.

3.Add the preservation solution prefilled in tube.

4.Remove the saliva collector and screw the cap.

5.Invert tube for about 10 times to mix.

6.Fulfill the necessary information on the label provided, and stick it to the tube.

7.Put the tube into Biosafety Bag for safe transportation.
